RTC Extends Transit System from Las Vegas to Henderson

...the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Strip. It also will connect to the Centennial Hills Transit Center, a new park-and-ride facility at Durango Drive and Elkhorn Road.

The new route extends transit service between Tropicana Avenue and Horizon Drive along Boulder Highway, with stations placed approximately every mile. It will also connect to the newly opened Gold and C lines to create a network linking downtown Las Vegas, Henderson and northwest Las Vegas.

“We are committed to building a rapid-transit system that can eventually connect all corners of the Las Vegas valley,” says Jacob Snow, RTC general manager. “Anticipated to begin service next year, the ACE Green Line will provide valley residents with a faster, limited-stop transit option that is modern, convenient and comfortable.”
