PROJECT COST: $17 Million
This 60,000-sq-ft facility is the first phase of a new 40 acre campus in Rio Rancho. The building will provide space for classrooms, a small bookstore, a food service area and office space for student support. A learning commons will provide library support and study space for students. The project team is targeting LEED silver for the new structure.
