The Top Starts section highlights the largest projects to begin construction in the past year across Arizona.
Arizona’s largest project start is the $500-million Coolidge Generating Station, being built by The Industrial Co. for TransCanada. Also ranking high was the $252.5-million Maricopa County Court Tower. Several Arizona Dept. of Transportation highway projects also made the list.
