ONE Las Vegas Tops Off
With the topping off of the first of five high-rise towers,
construction on ONE Las Vegas shifts to completing the interior
and the final exterior finishes.
First High-Rise Tower on South End of Strip Tops Off
The developers of ONE Lifestyle Condominiums Las Vegas have
topped-off the first of its five high-rise towers, making
it the first high-rise venture of this magnitude to be developed
in a growing part of the south valley, just south of Windmill
Lane on Las Vegas Boulevard - the only Las Vegas high-rise
south of Tropicana Avenue. With the overall construction now
completed on Tower One, the developers need only to apply
the final exterior finishes and complete the interior of the
building prior to the residents moving in.
ONE Lifestyle Condominiums Las Vegas is a village of residential
lifestyle condominiums, featuring five 18 to 21-story private
residential towers, intermingled with lush landscaping, walking/jogging
trails, three pools with private cabanas, tennis court, concierge
service, valet parking, a multimedia theater room and gated
entrance. The condominiums, ranging from 830 to 2,850-sq-ft
with various interior options packages, will have up to three
bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as dens or
flexible spaces and terraces. Prices will range from the $200,000s
to more than $1.7 million.
The site is close to McCarran International Airport, freeway
access, popular retail establishments, restaurants, shopping,
golf facilities, healthcare and grocery stores. The architectural
style and décor were developed with a fresh approach,
giving a relaxing yet sophisticated style to each tower and
condominium. Standard interior features in the homes include
recessed lighting, spacious closets, large terraces, raised
dining bars in the kitchens, granite kitchen countertops,
natural wood cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, washer
and dryer and 10-ft ceilings.
The general contractor for the project is JE DUNN Northwest
and the architect is Miami-based Kobi Karp. The ONE Las Vegas
developer is a joint venture of local Las Vegas developers,
Wayne Krygier and Chet Nichols of AmLand Development Inc.
and international developers, The B.S.R. Group.
