Way Building Getting a Renovation Crews from Enterprise Builders
are in the midst of gutting the former United Way building in downtown Albuquerque.
The
project aims to completely transform the 14,000-sq.-ft. building into executive
offices.
Plans call to keep the classic dry-stack flagstone and add a
dry-stack flagstone wall to enclose a small patio area.
Mullen Heller Architecture
designed the $800,000 project.
Sandia
Work Progresses Work is moving quickly at the new Sandia Resort Hotel
on the Sandia Pueblo north of Albuquerque. McCarthy Building Cos. is constructing
the 225 room hotel that also features 35,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Work on
an 18-hile golf course next to the casino is also underway.
