EJM Breaks Ground on Development

110-acre master planned Arrowhead Commerce Center. Building's 19 and 20, located at 6275 South Sandhill and 6255 South Sandhill respectively, are scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2004. Pre-leasing has begun on both buildings.

The Arrowhead Commerce Center began construction in 1996. To date, EJM has developed 715,000 sq. ft., with 40 acres remaining for future development and build-to-suits. Park tenants include Progressive Insurance, Fed-Ex, California State Automobile Association, Siemens, Diebold and Encompass Telecommunications.
Spencer Pinter, Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International are serving as leasing agents for Arrowhead Commerce Center.


Affordable Concepts, Inc. (ACI),

Las Vegas based general contractor, Affordable Concepts, Inc. (ACI), completed a 10,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Direct Access Lending on Warm Springs in the McCarran Center Business Park.

Project manager Scott Wersheim and superintendent John Brill completed the project in 62 days, eight days before the contracted date.


Panattoni Development and Panattoni Construction are in the process of building a new R Supply's home, with plans calling for a 70,000-sq.-ft. facility at 1095 South Rock Boulevard in Reno.

The building, designed by Blakely Johnson & Ghusn Engineering and Architecture, will feature loading docks, office space, retail space and cost-saving technology such as motion-sensor lighting in areas of the warehouse that automatically reduces to 20 percent power when there is no activity in the area.
