Another city of Las Vegas project will have Richardson Construction prepare and install two, 45-ft-tall sculptures that were designed by renowned artist Dennis Oppenheim. Crews will install the foundation and infrastructure that will culminate with the placement of the large-scale artwork to serve as way-finding guides to the Las Vegas Arts District. The brush tips of the pair of paintbrushes, when lit, will emit an array of rainbow lights into the sky.?
