commentRowland Luxury Homes was chosen by MSI West LLC to complete construction of the Chateaux on Central in Phoenix.
MSI West purchased the iconic development in March after construction had been halted since June 2008 due to the market downturn and subsequent insolvency of Mortgages LTD, who originally underwrote the project.
The architectural design is reminiscent of an old-world mansion or an East Coast brownstone, yet complemented by new-world features such as jumbo-brick, masonry, ornamental wrought-iron and copper patina finish turrets. The privately gated enclave consists of 21 luxury residences, each furnished with a basement and two car garage. In addition, each home comes complete with its own private commercial-grade elevator, multiple balconies, and terraces. The urban mini-mansions range in size from 5,200 to nearly 5,800 sq ft. The Chateaux on Central is set to go to market later this year.
